Introduction of the declaration
The Bionanopark company tries to ensure the availability of its website www.bionanopark.pl under the Act of April 4, 2019 (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 848) and the digital version of websites and mobile applications (Journal of 2019, item 848) and the steering version of the Commission website (EU) 2018/1523 of 11 October 2018. Strengthening the template for a solution declaration in line with the Parliament and Council Plan (EU) 2016/2102 on website access and public access facilities.

We would like to kindly inform you that in accordance with the Act of April 4, 2019 on the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities, everyone has the right to apply to a public entity with a request to make digital access to the indicated website, mobile application or their elements available, or to provide alternative access, under the conditions specified in the Act. In the event of a refusal, the person submitting the request may file a complaint pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 14 June 1960, Code of Administrative Procedure, and notify the Human Rights Defender: www.rpo.gov.pl
Architectural accessibility
The buildings of the Bionanopark Company are located at Dubois 114/116 in Łódź. The buildings are accessible for people with disabilities, including those with physical disabilities.
In terms of architectural accessibility:
There are entrances to the buildings on one level.
Above the entrance, there are no loudspeakers of the audio guidance system for the blind and visually impaired.
The building has a ground floor and 2 floors in building A and B, while in building C there are 3 floors.
There are elevators in the buildings, in front of the entrance to building A there is also a staircase platform.
There are handrails at the stairs.
You can enter the building with an assistance dog and a guide dog.
