„Bionanopark” sp. z o. o. as the owner of the website www.bionanopark.pl uses the best practices and treats all users fairly and openly. Data security is our priority. Personal data of users who interact with our website are processed in accordance with the applicable regulations of Polish and European Union law.

The Privacy Policy defines the rules governing the processing of information of the nature of personal data, obtained in connection with the use by users of the website maintained under the domain www.bionanopark.pl. We collect a minimum of information that helps us better understand the needs of users and adapt our website to constantly changing expectations. For this purpose, we collect and process only the necessary data, including personal data, of users of our website. Unused items are deleted immediately.

§1. Personal Data Administrator.

  1. Personal Data Administrator (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator) is the company “Bionanopark” sp. z o. o., Łódź, 93-465 ul. Dubois 114/116, NIP: 7251870050, REGON: 473214329, KRS: 0000187053, which processes users personal data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC, Journal of Laws EU.L.2016.119.1 (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic and other services generally applicable laws.
  2. The administrator attaches the highest importance to the protection of the privacy and confidentiality of personal data of each user of the website www.bionanopark.pl .

§2. Type of data and conditions for their processing.

  1. Users’ personal data is processed on servers that ensure their security. We provide such systems and methods of operation so that the data is processed in accordance with the purpose and scope of using our services available through the website, including subpages and other functionalities provided by the Administrator, so as to make the use of the website as secure and convenient as possible for all users. The website www.bionanopark.pl uses the services of Google Ads, Google Analitics, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag (Conversion Tracking). By using cookies, these tools collect anonymous information about the pages of the website visited by individual users and about themselves. The websites of the Administrator’s partners to which any links are placed on the website are subject to their own privacy policy.
  2. Providing data is voluntary for the user, but failure to do so may prevent the use of the website and the Administrator’s offer.
  3. The data will be processed for specific purposes related only to the use of services available through the website www.bionanopark.pl, i.e.: enabling contact with the Administrator via contact forms, in particular for analytical, statistical and marketing purposes.
  4. By using the website, the user accepts the rules contained in this Privacy Policy.
  5. The user may file a complaint with the supervisory body, i.e.: the President of the Data Protection Office, if he considers that the processing of his personal data violates the relevant regulations.
  6. Based on regulations of the GDPR, the Administrator is entitled to process the User’s personal data in the following circumstances:
    • The user agrees to the processing of his personal data;
    • The processing of the User’s personal data will be necessary to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator;
    • When it is necessary for purposes resulting from legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator or by third parties.
  7. Data storage period:
    • Cookies are stored for 30 days from the consent of the website user;
    • Analytical data is stored in the event of consent, until its withdrawal or other actions on the part of the user limiting the consent granted;
    • Other data, if the data is necessary for the performance of the contract, is stored for the duration of its performance and until the claims under this contract expire.
  8. Processing and sharing personal data of website users:
    • As a rule, the personal data referred to in this privacy policy are not disclosed to any third parties without the consent of the user as the owner of this data.
    • Personal data may be processed by authorized employees and associates of the Administrator;
    • The user’s personal data may be made available only to entities authorized to do so under the provisions of national or EU law.
    • Data may be transferred to entities processing them at the request of the Administrator on the basis of contracts, but only for the purpose and scope necessary for the implementation of defined purposes, including entities providing IT services or other services to us that ensure the proper functioning of the www.bionanopark.pl website.
    • On the site, there are “links” to social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin). The Administrator’s responsibility is limited to the collecting and transmission of data (information about the IP address and internet browser ID) to the above – mentioned portals. Using the link causes sending data (information about the IP address and the identifier of the web browser) to the portal, from which the link was used. Using the link is voluntary, by using the link you consent to the transfer of your data to the portal you use the link.

§3. Website users rights.

Each user of the website www.bionanopark.pl has the right to fully interfere with their personal data, and in particular has the right to:

  • Demand to obtain a copy of personal data or make it available at the seat of the company “Bionanopark” sp. Z o. O. (Article 15 of the GDPR);
  • Request the correction of personal data (Article 16 of the GDPR);
  • Demand to delete some or all of personal data (Article 17 GDPR), the so-called “The right to be forgotten”;
  • Request to limit the processing of personal data (Article 18 of the GDPR);
  • Requests to transfer personal data to another Data Administrator designated by you (Article 20 of the GDPR);
  • Object to the processing of personal data (Article 21 of the GDPR);
  • Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data (Article 7.3 of the GDPR).

In addition to the above rights, the user may at any time withdraw consent to the processing of personal data that has been provided by the user. The administrator, in the event of obtaining information about the withdrawal of consent by the user, will immediately take steps to delete the stored data.

§4. Cookies.

The website uses cookies. The collected data on website traffic is used for profiling and targeting advertisements on external websites such as Facebook, Google, Instagram, or Linkedin. They are based on non-specific criteria that make it impossible to identify a single user.

  • Cookies are used by the Administrator to define the user’s profile in order to display matched materials in the advertising networks of external websites mentioned at the beginning of §4.

Server logs:

Server logs mean log files or an event log register and it is a record of information, created in chronological order, about user events and activities. These data are used only to website administration. The browsed resources are identified by URL addresses.

Additionally, the following may be saved:

  • Time of arrival of the inquiry;
  • Time of sending the response;
  • Name of the client’s station;
  • Identification performed by the http protocol;
  • Information about errors that occurred during the execution of the http transaction;
  • URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – if the website was accessed via a link;
  • Information about the user’s browser;
  • Information about the IP address.

The above mentioned data is not associated with specific people browsing the website.

They are used only for the purposes of server administration by a third party website server management company.

The user’s personal data, in the event of contact via one of the contact forms available on the website www.bionanopark.pl, will be processed in order to send information and make contact pursuant to Article 6 point 1 lit. a and f of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016 as a legitimate interest of the administrator.

The recipients of personal data are only entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions. The user has the rights indicated in §3 of this Privacy Policy and resulting from the provisions of the GDPR.

Providing personal data is voluntary for the user, however, failure to provide data may result in the inability to contact and thus prevent cooperation.

The data provided by the user in the form is made available to third parties only with the user’s consent. The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form and the content of the message.
